About

About

We are designers, curators, producers, content creators, masters of logistics and experts at creating and cultivating sponsorships. We architect social and creative environments that will inspire and enlighten both you and your guest.

Since 2001 we have been globally producing award-winning, creative events.

Our philosophy is rooted in communication and collaboration.

We believe that a successful production is the result of a well thought out approach. From our first meeting, to concept planning and execution, we oversee and manage the entire production process working closely with our clients to architect social and creative spaces that are a true reflection of who they are and what their goals and objectives are.

Our Team

We believe in surrounding ourselves with the best, which is why you will often hear us refer to our tight knit team as more of a family. With a full-time crew of 30, and a few furry mascots on any given day, things can get pretty busy in our office. We thrive on this energy and love the collaboration and dedication that our team embodies.

Working with PDW Inc., you will receive the structure and focus of a dedicated team that are process-driven, and detail oriented.  Since we have a large full-time crew with a diverse range of skills, we can begin new projects at any given time, and don’t need to look much further than our office to accommodate your needs. We are passionate about our craft, and together have specialties in the areas of: tourism, sales, marketing, design, technical production, events and programming.

We take pride in our work, and motivate one another and ourselves to continue to set the bar higher and push the limits on our own creativity and innovation. Together, we have built a theatre on a beach, delivered outstanding productions on 5 continents, and worked with some remarkable clients.

At PDW we create wow experiences, always thinking forward, we make it happen and have built a team we love.

We’d love to work with you, give us a call and let us inspire you!

Core Values

Our core values are the foundation of who we are. As we evolve, they remain consistent, guiding our actions, leading our company culture, and inspiring us to push the limits on innovation.

We believe in doing good work
We believe in working hard, working honestly, exceeding expectations, and being trailblazers in our field.
We believe in integrity
We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, and expect the same of others. This is demonstrated in our work, the way we collaborate with others, and the company culture we are proud to foster. We don’t believe in compromising our values to fit the status quo.
We create worlds
We do more than design events. We architect social environments and experiences that propel our creativity and convey our client stories. Limits don’t define us, they inspire us.
We foster relationships
We know that success starts with a team. It’s why we align ourselves with others who share our values and passions, and build lasting partnerships on mutual respect and collaboration.
We adapt
We live in a world of constant change, and have developed an internal culture that thrives in this dynamic. Questions inspire us – we are not intimidated by how, but are fascinated by why?
